1. What this site is

aetherquantos.com documents a personal research project. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. No investment advice

Nothing on this site, in the whitepaper or on our Discord server is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Decisions you make with your money are yours alone. Talk to a licensed adviser before investing.

3. Simulated results

All results shown come from a paper trading account with simulated money. Simulated results have limits: no real money was at risk, and they may not reflect liquidity, slippage, outages and other conditions of a real market. They are not audited and do not guarantee any future result. Trading securities can lose money, including all of it.

4. No offer

The project does not accept money, manage funds for others, sell signals or subscriptions, or offer any financial product. Any message claiming otherwise in the name of AETHER QUANT-OS is not from us.

5. Accuracy

We try to keep the information correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or be out of date. The system's settings change over time as the project evolves.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual property

You may link to the site and share the whitepaper unchanged, citing the source. Other uses of the content need prior permission.
