Política de privacidad · Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is [PENDING: full name of the owner], [PENDING: NIF], [PENDING: postal address]. Contact: [email protected].
2. What data and why
- Emails you send us (to contact@ or [email protected]): your address and what you write. Used only to reply. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6.1.f). Kept while the conversation is open and up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Technical data needed to serve the site: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Fonts: the pages load the Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it downloads them.
We do not sell data, do not use advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell people from bots; it does not need consent.
4. Who else receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, statistics).
- Google LLC (fonts).
- Our email provider, to receive and answer your messages.
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both take part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers rely on it or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Discord
If you join our Discord server, Discord Inc. handles your data under its own privacy policy. On the server we only see what you choose to show there (your username and messages).
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
